14 panel foot bag. The Litmus design is actually a lo poly concrete texture that I thought looked pretty cool and I cant seem to get away from it! the square panels on this one are inverted colors of the red and yellow panels. fire and ice! The bag weighs 70g and is carbon steel and sand 40% fill. All foot bags are designed, printed, and sewn in house!
